How do I enable 2FA?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Security . Click Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy). Enter the 6-digit code and store your backup codes somewhere safe.

I lost my 2FA phone — how do I log in?

Accepted Answer

If you have backup codes, use one of them on the login page. Each code can only be used once. If you don’t have backup codes either, contact support at support@betpin.io . Once account ownership is verified (access to your registered email and matching your transaction history), 2FA is reset — this usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

How do I see my account’s active sessions?

Accepted Answer

Under Settings → Security → Active Sessions you can see every device and IP that’s currently logged in. You can end any suspicious session individually, or force-log-out every session except the current one with a single button.

How do I stay safe from phishing?

Accepted Answer

Always check the betpin.io address in the address bar — the green HTTPS lock should be present. Never send your password or 2FA codes in reply to an email/message — our team will never ask for them. Forward suspicious emails to phishing@betpin.io . Bookmark the real address and don’t reach the site through a search engine.
