1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Click “Change email”.
3. Enter the new email — a verification code is sent to your old email.
4. After confirming, a new code is sent to the new email.

Email changes are locked for 7 days, and during that time withdrawals are limited to 100 USDT per day (as a security measure).
