Responsible Betting

In the account settings, each user can set the following limits for themselves:

• A daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.
• A cap on the stake per market.
• A cap on the duration of each session on the platform.
• A temporary account block from 24 hours to 30 days.

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; however, any request to raise a limit is applied with a 24-hour delay (a cooling-off period) so that impulsive decisions do not have an immediate effect.

If you need to stop completely, you can request self-exclusion. In this case:

• Your account is suspended for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 5 years, and during this period it cannot be reopened by any means.
• The balance, after reasonable checks, is returned to your valid wallet address.
• Creating a new account with the same identity is blocked during the exclusion period.

The presence of any of these signs in your betting behavior is a serious signal to stop and reflect:

• Recovering losses with bigger bets (chasing losses).
• Betting with borrowed money, loans, or essential living expenses.
• Disruption to work, studies, or relationships because of betting.
• Hiding the amount or frequency of betting from family and friends.
• Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable when unable to bet.

• Reality Check — a periodic reminder of your session duration and balance status, every 30 minutes.
• Loss Tracker — a weekly win/loss report comparing the trend of previous months.
• Cool-off Timer — instantly pause access from 1 to 168 hours with one click.

If someone close to you is affected by harmful betting, you can request a third-party exclusion by providing identity documents and proof of relationship. These requests are reviewed confidentially, and the BetPin team responds within a maximum of 48 hours.
