01Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any type of bet on the BetPin platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their provisions, and accepted them as a binding agreement between you and the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from creating an account and using the services.
Note: Continued use of the platform after any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new version.02Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- Platform — the BetPin website, applications, and all related software services.
- User — any natural person holding an active account on the platform.
- Account — the user's dedicated profile, including balance, betting history, and settings.
- USDT (Tether) — the only digital asset supported for deposits, withdrawals, and settlement.
- Market — any bettable event offered by the platform.
- Settlement — the process of determining a market's outcome and paying winners once the result is final.
03Account Terms
- The minimum legal age to register and use the platform is 18 years.
- Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are blocked without prior notice.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and belong to the user.
- The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials, password, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, and backup codes confidential.
- The user must immediately notify support upon noticing any unauthorized access to their account.
- Transferring, selling, or renting an account to others is prohibited.
04Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are made exclusively in USDT and on the supported networks (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Polygon, and Arbitrum). Each user's deposit address is shown in the wallet panel, and the selected network must be checked carefully before every deposit.
Warning: Sending any other token or selecting an invalid network results in the permanent loss of the asset and can never be recovered.- Withdrawal fees vary by the selected network and are shown transparently before final confirmation.
- Withdrawals are made only to addresses registered and verified by the user; two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled to withdraw.
- Under its anti-money-laundering policy, the platform may carry out additional checks before processing a withdrawal.
05Betting Rules
- The minimum stake per bet is 1 USDT.
- The maximum stake varies by market type, liquidity, and account level, and is shown at the time of placement.
- Once confirmed, a placed bet is final and cannot be cancelled except in cases of proven technical error.
- Displayed odds may change up to the moment the bet is finally confirmed; the odds recorded on the bet receipt are what count.
- In live betting, the platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend a market or adjust odds in certain situations (goal, VAR review, loss of data feed).
- If an event is officially cancelled or its conditions change substantially, the related bets are voided and their stakes returned to users' accounts.
06Settlement & Payout
Sports markets are settled after the official end of the event and confirmation of the result from official data sources. Announced results are not reviewed after settlement, except in cases of a proven error in the data source.
Crypto markets are fed by a three-source oracle (Binance, Coinbase, and Kraken) with a five-minute hold period, and their settlement fee is 2 percent of the profit.
Political markets are settled based on the Polymarket data source, with a 24-hour window for handling discrepancies.
07Prohibited Conduct
- Creating or controlling more than one account (multi-accounting), or registering with a fake identity or one belonging to another person.
- Using any kind of automated software, bot, script, or tool to exploit technical errors.
- Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate the outcome or the market odds.
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special conditions for new users.
- Any attempt to breach, disrupt, or damage the platform's technical infrastructure.
08Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or objection must first be raised through platform support. The support team is required to provide an initial response within a maximum of 72 hours and to document its handling of the matter until it is resolved.
Failing agreement, the matter is referred to BetPin's independent arbitration committee. The committee's decision is binding on both parties. Complete transaction and betting records form the basis of the review.
09Intellectual Property
All platform content — including the trade name and mark, logo, user-interface design, software code, odds, and market data — belongs to BetPin or its licensed partners. Any copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited and subject to legal action.
10Limitation of Liability
The BetPin platform makes its best effort to provide stable and reliable services; nevertheless, the services are provided "as is," and the platform is not liable for damages arising from matters outside its reasonable control — including disruption or congestion of blockchain networks, errors in data sources and oracles, or extreme market volatility.
In any event, the platform's liability per incident is capped at the user's account balance at the time it occurs.
11Force Majeure
In force-majeure circumstances beyond the platform's control — including natural disasters, war, widespread disruption of the internet or blockchain infrastructure, sanctions, and sudden legal changes — the performance of the platform's obligations is suspended until the obstacle is removed, without the platform bearing any liability for this. Users' balances remain protected under these circumstances.
12Suspension & Termination of Account
The platform may suspend or close a user account in the following cases:
- Breach of any of these Terms.
- A requirement arising from the anti-money-laundering policy or an order from competent authorities.
- Inactivity of more than 24 months (with 60 days' prior notice).
The user may also request to close their account at any time; in that case, the balance is returned to the valid registered address after reasonable checks are completed.
13Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and that provision is replaced with the nearest valid provision that reflects the parties' original intent.
14Changes to the Terms
The platform may review and update these Terms. Changes are announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The date and version of each revision are noted at the top of this page, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new version.
